Terms of sale
Updated on October 15, 2026
Purpose
These terms govern the subscription to ∞ Infinity, the paid version of Kolapic, sold by Jonathan Prévost, sole trader (see the legal notice), to anyone who subscribes on kolapic.com. Accepting them is required to subscribe.
What Infinity includes
Images and answers with no announced quota, every day, for personal use, by hand. A technical limit, far beyond what a person can play, protects the game from bots.
A login email, to find your account (nickname, statistics, streak) on up to ten devices, with a 6-digit code sent by email.
Extra concepts, drawn at random from a reserve, to play one after another. The reserve may change.
Price and payment
Infinity is a yearly subscription. Its yearly price is shown in euros on the Infinity page before you subscribe. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
The first payment is made when you subscribe, then one payment every year on the same date, until you cancel. Payment is made by card, or by the methods offered on Stripe's payment page. Kolapic never sees your full card number.
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries again for a few days. If it still fails, the subscription ends, and Infinity with it.
Immediate access and right of withdrawal
Infinity is digital content supplied right away, as soon as the payment is confirmed. By ticking the terms of sale box on the payment page, you ask for Infinity to start immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
If Infinity doesn't suit you, write to the contact address within 14 days of a payment, whether it is the first one or a renewal. You will be refunded, no questions asked.
Duration, renewal and cancellation
The subscription lasts one year. It then renews every year for one year, at the same price, until you cancel it. Between three months and one month before each renewal, an email reminds you of the date of the next payment and how to cancel (Article L215-1 of the French Consumer Code).
You can cancel at any time from the Infinity page, with “Manage or cancel my subscription”. The subscription then won't renew. Infinity stays active until the end of the year you paid for, which isn't refunded, except within 14 days of a payment.
The publisher doesn't guarantee how long the game will run. Should it stop, the publisher would say so on the site at least 30 days in advance, and refund the part of the paid year that is left.
Fair use
Infinity is personal. Bots, scripts and any automated sending are forbidden, as is sharing an account publicly. In case of abuse, the publisher may suspend the account involved, after warning you when possible.
Account and login email
The email you give Stripe becomes your login email. You can change it from the Infinity page: the new address receives a code, which you type to confirm.
If you delete your account, your subscription is cancelled and won't renew. Until the end of the year you paid for, logging in again with the same email gives Infinity back to a new account, with a new nickname and fresh statistics.
When the subscription ends, your account becomes free again. It keeps its nickname, its statistics and its login email.
Complaints
For any question or complaint: kolapic.outplayed119@passmail.net. If a dispute can't be settled amicably, you can turn to a consumer mediator free of charge.
These terms are governed by French law. They don't deprive you of the protection granted by the law of your country of residence.
